Examples: Washing their hair, dressing, bathing, and using the toilet.

Case Management

Services that help people get medical and other services they need to stay in their homes.

Private Duty Nursing

Skilled nursing services within the home provided by an RN or LPN.

Specialized Medical Supplies

Supplies are incontinence briefs, bed pads and gloves.

Waiver Attendant Care

Twenty-four hour services in a person’s home.
